What's New under the Uplands Archaeology Initiative

This year (2013-14) reconnaissance survey projects are being grant-aided under the Uplands Archaeology Initiative in the following areas:

Llyn Cowlyd – Capel Curig (13.5 km2 ) by Gwynedd Archaeological Trust

Moel Ddu (Caerns.) (7.2) by Hayman & Horton

Manod Bach – y Garnedd (Mer) (15) by Hayman & Horton

Montgomeryshire Residual Moorland (49) by Trysor

West Monmouthshire Uplands (13) by Hayman & Horton

Planning for next year’s (2014-15) programme is already under way.
