Strategy and Resources

The small Strategy and Resources Team, led by the Secretary, works with staff and Commissioners to ensure that the Royal Commission is an economic and effective organisation.

The resources side of the team’s work focuses on ensuring the Commission has a skilled, safe and productive workforce, robust budget management and finance, and effective facilities and premises.

The strategy side is concerned with delivering clear operational plans, monitoring outcomes, fundraising and liaison. It makes available corporate information such as the Annual Report and coordinates meetings of the Commissioners.
