Field Reports

Reports arising from uplands field projects are now available as downloadable files arranged by year from 2002-03. In a small number of cases reports from these years are unavailable in this format though they have been listed in the contents for each page. These reports can be consulted in the NMRW archive by contacting Enquiry Services.

Reports from the early years of the project have been drawn together and the results presented in a separate report Uplands Archaeology: The First 10 Years which is also available here.

A number of peat core analyses have been carried out in support of proposed upland block overview publications in order to provide dateable landscape context for the recorded field archaeology. Reports arising from these assessments can be consulted here in Peat Core Analyses.
