Welcome to Learning Resources.

Our education area provides online teaching and learning materials and links to selected websites.

Here you’ll find examples of the material that is held in the Royal Commission’s archive:The National Monuments Record of Wales. It holds photographs, plans, maps, reports and drawings recording the historic environment of Wales.

You’ll also find ideas on how to use the material to support the National Curriculum and the requirement of the Cwricwlwm Cymreig. The material included here is intended as resources for teachers but some of the notes could be used by children. Certainly the variety of the images of Wales will be suitable and useful for both pupils and teachers. The material can be downloaded free of charge for educational purposes.

Choose from the menu on the left to select your subject / age.

The Royal Commission welcomes school visits and organises INSET days for teachers.
