Strategic Plan

The Royal Commission publishes a Strategic and Operational Plan each year. The Strategic Plan, which lays out its intended programme for the following three years, is revised annually, and the annual Operational Plan describes the core functions of the Commission and the ways in which the Commission will achieve its aims and objectives within any given year. The Royal Commission’s partnership projects are listed in the plan, as are its performance indicators.
